In food photography, a story is told of the restaurant or its owners. For this reason shooting on location is the best, the reason being easy to access props on location.  

 

Only natural light is used in food photography unless specified otherwise. Natural light brings out the beauty and warm colors of food for me.  The warm light invites you into the photograph tickling your taste buds making your mouth water when glancing at the images.  For instance, the last two images shot using studio light.
